Acceptable Use

Gmap Data is a business-data tool. Use it lawfully and respectfully. The following are not permitted:

• Using the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment or discrimination.
• Violating Google's terms or the terms of any provider you connect.
• Bypassing provider rate limits, quotas or access controls, or attempting to overload the service.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or ignoring opt-out and consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to access another account's data, probing the service for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, or reselling access without an agreement.
• Redistributing raw third-party data in a way that breaches the source provider's terms or applicable law.

You are responsible for the lists you build and the outreach you run with them, including compliance with marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you.
