Use case

Google Maps lead generation without a shared database

Gmap Data turns a defined market - a category in a place - into a deduplicated business list with addresses, phones, websites and published contact emails, ready for your outbound process.

You see the maximum cost before a search runs, and only saved businesses consume credits.

New accounts are invite-only while we onboard early customers.

Build the list you actually sell to

Outbound lead generation starts with a precise definition of the market: a category, a geography and a size of list you can work through. Gmap Data turns that definition into saved business rows and, where the businesses publish them, contact addresses.

Because the list is built from your own searches rather than bought from a shared database, everyone in it is a business that matched the query today, in the area you chose.

  • Sales teams building territory lists by city, radius or whole country
  • Founders doing the first hundred conversations in a new market
  • Agencies and resellers prospecting businesses in a target vertical
  • RevOps building a repeatable list-building step before CRM import

A repeatable lead-generation workflow

  1. Define the market

Choose a keyword that describes your buyer and a place, from a single radius to a supported country.

  2. Save and dedupe

The run saves each business once by Google place id and records where it stopped, so the list is explainable.

  3. Add contact data

Look for published emails on business websites, then enrich and verify with your own provider accounts.

  4. Export and work it

Download CSV with contact evidence, import to your CRM, and keep the credit history for cost tracking.

What you can qualify before outreach

A saved row carries more than a name and phone number. Use the exported columns to prioritise and personalise.

  • Category and business status, to exclude closed or irrelevant places
  • Rating and review count, as a public signal of activity
  • Website and domain, so you can research the business before contact
  • Phone numbers for call-first plays and published role inboxes for email
  • Opening hours and time zone, to reach the right person at the right time
  • Data completeness per row, to spot listings that need manual review

What this is not

It is not a purchased contact database. It does not contain private personal data, and it does not guarantee that a business publishes an email address at all.

It is also not an outreach sender. You export the list and use the sending tools and processes you already have. You remain responsible for contacting businesses lawfully, honouring opt-outs and respecting the rules that apply to your market.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from buying a lead list?

You build the list from your own search definitions, so it reflects the categories, areas and freshness you chose. Nothing comes from a shared pool of contacts other teams are also working.

Can I build a list for a whole country?

Country campaigns are available for Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, each up to 1,000 saved businesses and always capped by your remaining credits.

Does the platform send outreach emails?

No. Gmap Data prepares and exports the list. Sending and sequencing stay in your existing outreach tools and processes.

What do I do when a business has no published email?

Use the phone number for a call-first approach, or leave it out. Gmap Data never guesses an address to fill the gap.

How do credits map to the list size?

One credit is consumed per business saved to your results, so the cost of a list is the number of saved businesses, not the number of searches it took to find them.
