Client acquisition for recruitment and staffing agencies

Gmap Data helps recruitment agencies map employers by specialism and territory, then export a researched prospect list with websites, phones and published contact emails.

It is a client-acquisition tool built from public business listings - not a candidate database.

New accounts are invite-only while we onboard early customers.

Win clients, sector by sector

A recruitment or staffing agency grows by winning employers it can serve well. Gmap Data helps consultants build that client list from public business data: choose a specialism and an area, and save the businesses that match.

The result is a working prospect list of companies, not a candidate database. Nothing in the product is built from CVs, job seekers or personal profiles.

  • Sector-focused prospecting: clinics, manufacturers, restaurants, professional services and more
  • Territory planning: a consultant's patch as a city radius or a whole supported country
  • Market mapping: how many relevant employers exist in an area before committing effort
  • Re-engagement: refresh a saved search and only save employers that are new to the list

A client-acquisition workflow for recruiters

  1. Pick the specialism

Search the category your desk covers, in the area your consultants own.

  2. Save the employers

Every employer is saved once with name, category, address, phone, website and hours.

  3. Research and contact

Use the website and published role inboxes to prepare a relevant, specific first conversation.

  4. Export to the CRM

Import the CSV into your agency CRM and assign owners and next actions.

What the public data supports

Recruitment prospecting is a research workflow, and the exported columns are chosen for it.

  • Employer identity: name, category, website and Google Maps link
  • Location and coverage: address parts, city, state and country for territory planning
  • Contact surface: phone numbers and published role inboxes
  • Activity signals: business status, rating and review count
  • Operations: opening hours and time zone for call timing

What it is not

This is not a candidate-sourcing tool and not a CV database. It contains no candidate or job-seeker data, because it is built only from public Google Maps business listings and public business websites.

It also does not reveal hiring activity or headcount. Treat it as a map of employers that exist in a market, then qualify them with your own conversations and research.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I use this to find candidates?

No. Gmap Data is built from public business listings, not candidate profiles. It is designed for client acquisition and market mapping by recruitment and staffing agencies.

Can a consultant map their whole territory?

Yes. A city radius or a supported country campaign can map employers in a specialism across a territory, with results deduplicated by place id.

Does every employer publish an email address?

No. Many publish only a phone number or a contact form. Gmap Data reports what is published and never invents an address.

How do we keep the list current?

Save the search as a preset or recurring campaign and use the skip-recently-seen mode, so a refresh only saves and charges for employers that are new to your list.

Can we import the list into our ATS or CRM?

Yes. The CSV export has stable columns that map cleanly onto common CRM and agency systems.
