Google Maps lead cost calculator
Estimate how many credits a business list needs and which current plan covers it. The calculator reads the live plan catalogue, uses the verified rule that one credit equals one saved business, and never contacts Google or your account.
Your list
1 credit = 1 business successfully saved. Searches, duplicates and failed lookups are free.

Method
How the estimate works
- One credit is consumed per business successfully saved to your results. Google search requests, duplicate places, failed lookups and website crawling never consume credits.
- A city run is limited by your account's result cap (up to 200 saved businesses per run). A country campaign can target up to 1,000 saved businesses and is always capped by your remaining credits.
- Plan prices and monthly credit allowances are read live from the current catalogue; the estimate uses one month when a plan covers the list, and consecutive months when credits carry over to reach a larger list.
- Unused credits carry over month to month - automatic expiration is disabled - so a multi-month estimate does not waste surplus credits.
- Bring-your-own-key enrichment and verification run on your own provider accounts and never consume Gmap Data credits, so they are not part of this estimate.
Limits
What this calculator does not claim
- The estimate is a budget model, not a promise of results. No tool can guarantee how many businesses exist for a query in an area, or that a campaign reaches its cap.
- Plan prices shown are the current list prices in USD and exclude any taxes or currency conversion your payment method applies.
- This calculator makes no network calls beyond loading the page: it does not search Google, does not scrape, and does not touch any account or credit balance.
Questions
Calculator questions
How is the credit requirement calculated?
One credit equals one business saved. Enter the number of businesses you want and the calculator divides it by the per-run cap (200 for a city search, 1,000 for a country campaign) to show how many runs the list takes, then finds the cheapest current plan whose credits cover it.
Does using the calculator cost credits or require an account?
No. It runs entirely in your browser against the published plan catalogue. There is no login, no credit deduction and no search request.
Why is Gmap Data priced per saved business instead of per search?
Searches, duplicates and failures are free, so you only pay for rows that actually land in your list. That differs from per-record tools, and the pricing comparison page walks through the models side by side.
Can the estimate be wrong?
It is exact for the arithmetic it performs, but real campaigns are bounded by how many unique businesses exist in an area and by your remaining credits. Treat the number as a budget ceiling for the list you asked for.
