1. Who we are
Gmap Data is a software product operated by AppLabx (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Gmap Data, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
2. Accounts
Accounts are currently issued by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and must not attempt to access another account's data.
3. The service
Gmap Data lets you run Google Maps place searches, save business records, derive contact information from public business websites, optionally enrich that data using provider accounts you connect, and export the results. Results depend on third-party data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing data before using it.
4. Third-party data and services
Business data is retrieved through the Google Places API and remains subject to Google's applicable terms. Gmap Data is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Enrichment and verification features call providers you connect under your own agreements with them. You must comply with the terms of every third-party service you use and with all laws that apply to your use of the data, including marketing and privacy laws.
5. Credits and billing
A credit is consumed when a business is successfully saved to your results. Search requests, duplicates, failed lookups and website crawling do not consume credits. Unused credits carry over; automatic expiration is disabled. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, and invoices, payment methods and cancellation are managed in the Stripe billing portal. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.
6. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
